Terms of Service

By placing an order with Motherland Made, you agree to the following.

Made to Order
Every piece is produced after you order it. US delivery is 35–45 days from purchase — 4–5 weeks of production plus 7–10 business days in transit. International delivery is 6–8 weeks. Timelines are stated on each product page and at checkout.

Product Use
Our products are decorative art shakers and aromatherapy diffusers. They are for display and diffuser use only and are not intended for food contact.

Hand-Finished Variation
Each piece is hand-painted and hand-finished. Small variations in color, finish, and detail are expected and are not considered defects.

Cancellations, Damages, and Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost when reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Made-to-order items are otherwise not eligible for return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Shipping
Shipping within the United States is free. International orders ship at a flat rate of $14.99, or free with The Motherland Set. Tracking is provided when your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

Pricing and Orders
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Motherland Made / Dixon Digital Goods and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
