Refund Policy

Cancellations
Every Motherland Made piece is made to order. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins and orders can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns
Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective. Each piece is hand-painted and hand-finished; small variations in color, finish, and detail are part of the craft, not defects.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
